If you're tired of following all the rules,

and doing the right thing all the time, but still feeling like

--> There's got to be more to "the abundant life" than what I've been doing (I'm secretly kind of miserable).

--> I always feel selfish doing anything for me, but I know self care is important. How do I reconcile that?

--> I'm not sure I would even recognize my own opinions, or I'm not sure it matters much.

--> I have bigger fish to fry than something as surface-level as taking care of myself. My live is a mess!

--> I'd love to get things figured out once and for all, organized and systems in place, but I can't ever seem to keep up with any system I start. What's wrong with me, and what's the point? I don't have it in me to fail at one more thing.

Take a breath. You're in the right place.

If this is you, it isn't that you're not trying hard enough or not doing enough. On the contrary, if you're anything like I use to be, or like my clients are, you're working so hard every day to do the right things, but it doesn't seem to matter. You're just as stressed and frustrated as ever, and you're starting to wonder why it seems like life is easier for everyone else. If this sounds like you, read on.

The problem isn't you at all. The problem is the rules.

It's that the rules you've been taught to follow, consciously or subconsciously, aren't relevant to your lifestyle, your circumstances, your personality, or your values. Or, perhaps, it's that the rules contradict each other, making it impossible to follow all of them all the time. So what do you do when that's the case? You can't toss out all the rules; that would be directionless chaos.

I can help you give yourself permission to guiltlessly shed any rules that aren't serving you.

Then I'll teach you the tools to create a NEW set of guidelines built around YOUR personality, lifestyle, and values.

We start with what you wear. Wondering why on Earth we start with your wardrobe?

We could start a lot of places, but your closet is a fairly non-threatening place to begin.

And, because your clothes touch your body, all day, every day, and you spend time each morning choosing what to wear, it can be an important and impactful thing to change, even if you don't realize it yet. What you decide to put on your body actually reveals quite a lot (to you AND to the world) about how you see yourself internally. We use this as a way to uncover what you've been telling yourself about yourself so we can change the messages and rules that aren't serving you.

Then you can take the principles and skills you learn about shedding hard-and-fast rules, and swapping them out for guidelines you build yourself that are specific to your life, and apply those skills to any area of your life.

If you're feeling like you've got bigger problems to focus on, I'd challenge you to consider how well it's been working for you so far to tackle those big issues. What if you tried something new, started small, and proved to yourself that you DO deserve to be happy and that you CAN make lasting change in your life?

You'll find yourself living with both calmness and confidence, knowing that abundant life IS for you, that it's yours for the taking.

"The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." (John 10:10 NKJV)
